Mississippi State University Radiosonde Data for Meso18-19

Instrument Description:

     MSU utilized the IMet 4A radiosondes with version 3.124 IMetOS-II Sounding Control software.

Data Collection:

     MSU released radiosondes at two locations during Meso18-19:

     Starkville, MS: -88.780 33.470
     Memphis, TN: -89.803 35.130

Data Format:

     The data files are in the SHARPpy comma-delimited ASCII format. The parameters are:

     Pressure (hPa)
     Height (MSL)
     Temperature (Celcius)
     Dew Point (Celcius)
     Wind Direction (Degrees)
     Wind Speed (Knots)
