CNRM icing indexes

Overview:
This dataset includes two icing indexes computed at CNRM using outputs from Météo-France’s global forecast system ARPEGE. The current operational icing index is based on an empirical linear combination of temperature and humidity. The new icing index was built using an automatic algortihm, and is described in the attached document Cassas-2017-new-icing-index.pdf

Data availability: 	2019/01/28 – 2019/03/08
                   	Model runs every 6 hours (0 / 6 / 12 / 18 UTC)
				For each run, 3-hourly outputs from 0h to 30h
