1.0  DATA SET OVERVIEW
     

This data set contains hourly resolution surface meteorological
data from the Texas North Plains Potential Evapotranspiration
Network.  This network includes 15 stations in the Texas panhandle
region.  This data set covers the period from 1 May to
30 June 2002 The data are in columnar ASCII format.


2.0  INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION


2.1  Instrumentation

The stations are Campbell Scientific Inc WW2000 or MetData1 systems
reduced to 2 meter towers or at least mimic them with the same 
instruments. Heights are 1.8 to 2 meters above ground level for all
data.

        whi is the station ID (here White Deer).
