1.0  DATA SET OVERVIEW
     

This data set contains 15-minute resolution surface meteorological
data from the Southwest Kansas Mesonet (formerly the Ground Water
Management District #3 Network.  This network includes 8 stations 
in south western Kansas.  This data set covers the period from
28 April to 22 July.  The data are in comma-delimited ASCII format.
