Readme file for OASIS Super Site Data

The data has been assigned Q values as follows:

0 = good data
1 = suspect data
2 = warning
3 = bad or missing data

The file convention for the OASIS Super Site data is as follows:

STID:  		Station Identifier
TIME:  		Time of observation from 0000 UTC in 30 minute intervals (averaged values of the previous 30 minutes)
YYYYMMDD: 	Year, month, and day of the observations
Q:  		Quality Assurance Flag (0 = good, 1 = questionable, 2 = warning, 3 = bad or missing data)
NRAD:  		Net Radiation (Calculated from SWIN, SWOU, LWIN, and LWOU)
SWIN:  		Downwelling Shortwave Radiation
SWOU:  		Upwelling Shortwave Radiation
LWIN:  		Downwelling Longwave Radiation
LWOU:  		Upwelling Longwave Radiation
SHFX:  		Sensible Heat Flux (Eddy Correlation Method)
LHFX:  		Latent Heat Flux (Eddy Correlation Method)
GHFX:		Ground Heat Flux
RSID:           Residual Term (NRAD - (SHFX + GHFX))
