1.0  DATA SET OVERVIEW
     

This data set contains hourly resolution observations of 
precipitation from the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) 
Cooperative Observer hourly precipitation network. This 
data set includes data from Oklahoma, Tennessee, Alabama, and 
Georgia for the period from 1 June to 31 July 2003.
