TITLE: Ocean Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium (LUMCON) Data CONTACTS: http://weather.lumcon.edu/ www@lumcon.edu 1.0 DATA SET OVERVIEW This data set contains one-minute resolution surface meteorological and oceanographic data from the Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium (LUMCON). There are 5 stations within the network that provide meteorological observations. The stations are located along the Louisiana coast. This data set covers the period from 1 June to 31 October 2005. Some stations end early due to hurricane damage. The data are in comma delimited ASCII format. NCAR/EOL has performed no additional quality control on these data. 2.0 INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION 2.1 Instrumentation and Station Locations Location: MissRiver-Audubon Latitude: 30 32.079' N Longitude: 90 13.540' W Elevation: 0 meters All water depth data in the archive data should be ignored.
