SACOL Site Data Information: Reference Site: SACOL Time Period: March 01,2007 to May 31,2007 SACOL(Semi-Arid Climate and Environment Observatory of Lanzhou University) is supported by Lanzhou University and operated by College of Atmospheric Sciences. It is an international research observatory and led by Dr. Jianping Huang (Chief Scientist). If you have any question about the data, please contact with Dr. Huang at hjp@lzu.edu.cn Location: Latitude:35.946N longitude:104.137E Elevation: 1965.8 m Land Cover: moderation Surface Type: loess tableland, ridge, hillock and gully WEB:http://climate/index.asp The data can be open and read by TXT, IDL,fortran and some other tools. Surface fluxes contain two different depth of 5cm and 10cm,they are Soil_G_1_AVG and Soil_G_2_AVG. Time range is from March 2007 to May 2007. The data of soil fluxes is recorded each half an hour. It contains four columns. They are time, record, the value of Soil_G_1_AVG and the value of Soil_G_2_AVG. Header of the file is listed as following: TOA5 soil TIMESTAMP RECORD Soil_G_1_AVG Soil_G_2_AVG TS RN Soil_G_1_AVG: the soil fluxes of 5cm Soil_G_2_AVG:the soil fluxes of 10cm Soil_fluxes_200703.dat is the data of March 2007 Soil_fluxes_200704.dat is the data of April 2007 Soil_fluxes_200705.dat is the data of May 2007
