The panels are as follows: Upper left: 3D GV flight track with the tropopause. The thermal tropopause is shown in yellow, the 2 pvu surface is shown in purple. Jet streams are shown in blue. The flight track is colored by the ozone value. Lower left: GV ground track in Google Earth. Lat/Lon for the major way points are given. Upper right: space-time interpolated curtain along the flight track (in UT time). Meteorological variables included are: static stability in potential temperature lapse rate (color image), potential vorticity (purple), wind speed (thick black), isentropes (thin black). Vertical coordinates are pressure altitude (km, left) and pressure (log scale, right) Lower right: 3D GV track with map. Vertical coordinates are in Kft.
