GOES East Satellite Derived Wind Imagery https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/113.025 Summary This data set contains GOES-12 satellite derived winds imagery over the continental US. High, middle and low level cloud drift winds are included. The images were created by NOAA. This data set contains imagery from the two PLOWS field phases, 6 February to 31 March 2009 and 19 October 2009 to 10 March 2010. No imagery are available for the period between the field phases.
