Summary
This dataset includes NEXRAD Reflectivity and Velocity Imagery from the
VORTEX2 field catalog. These imagery products are taken from the NEXRAD
station located in Kansas City, MO. The files are in .gif format. Imagery
files are only available for the VORTEX2 field phases for approximately
May-June 2009 and April-June 2010. After 20100601, the images are every 5
minutes, rather than 10 minute frequency. See the catalog links in the related
