Summary
This dataset references NEXRAD level II Base data for the Alpena/Gaylord, MI
WSR-88D radar during the Lake-ICE project. The time period for this was from
12/3/97 - 1/26/98. See also the companion datasets 14.31 and 14.32 which
contain data from Grand Rapids, MI (KGRR), and Marquette, MI (KMQT). While
these data had been supported as bit files available through the EOL system,
such dual-archive redundancy is no longer required, and the user is referred
directly to NCDC.
