NWS and ARM 5 hPa Vertical Resolution Sounding Data Set https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/19.022 Summary The GCIP/NESOB-96 5 hPa ARM and NWS Soundings dataset contains 5 hPa interpolated sounding data extracted from 12 NWS sounding sites and five ARM sounding sites in the ESOP-96 domain. Only data from the surface to 3000 m have been retained in this data set. The high resolution data were extensively quality controlled, with every sounding subjected to both automated consistency checks and human visual review. This dataset includes pressure, temperature, dew point, relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and altitude. See the readme for futher information.
