TOGA COARE soundings from Dropsondes https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/2.134 Summary This dataset includes sounding data from dropsonde releases during the IOP from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) P-3 and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) DC-8 aircraft. Dropsonde releases were conducted during events of opportunity. Data were processed only through the automated and visual quality control processes. No spatial quality control was performed on this dataset. This dataset includes pressure, temperature, dew point, relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and altitude taken at 10 second vertical intervals. Refer to the station README file for details.
