NASA ER-2 Digitized Cloud Video

Summary
This dataset contains cloud videos. The files are mpeg video files digitized
from VHS format video tapes which were recorded from a downward-looking video
camera system mounted on the NASA ER-2 during the Central Equatorial Pacific
Experiment (CEPEX). One video tape has been recorded per mission, for a total
of 13 videos. The rf10 video (3/28) is not available due to problems with the
original recording. On some of the videos the on-screen display reads the year
1992 when it should be 1993. All videos between (and including) dates 3/12/93
- 3/31/93 read one day ahead of what they should be on the on-screen dislplay,
however, the actual dates can be read from the file names. F-stop varied per
mission with shutter speed set at 1/2000 per sec. This includes cloud video.
