Summary
The Department of Energy (DOE) Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) program
operates Surface Meteorological Observation Stations (SMOS) at many of its
Boundary Facilities at its Southern Great Plains site. SMOS provides 1-min
observations of surface meteorological parameters. For further information on
