This raw data was averaged on a 60-second time basis and processed independently. This is not an average of the 1-Hertz product. For analysis at slower timescales this product should be preferentially used. These data were collected as part of the the Wintertime Investigation of Transport, Emission, and Reactivity (WINTER) project.
