Summary
This data set contains the 4km resolution all channel data over the
southeastern United States from the GOES-13 satellite during the
VORTEX-SE_2016 field campaign. The GOES-13 channels are visible (channel 1),
near-IR (2), water vapor (3), thermal IR (4), and 13 micron (6). The data are
in daily tar files that contain the data files in NetCDF format. This is a
large data set, consisting of approximately 2.7 GB daily tar files. Please
consider the size of the data set when making your order. You can order 9 days
in a single order.
