The instrument used is the Radiometrics WVR-1100 portable water vapor radiometer. The water vapor radiometer is a dual-frequency, total power radiometer, operating at 23.8 GHz and at 31.4 GHz. These data are in columnar ASCII format. See the readme for further information.
