Ice nucleating particle concentration measurements with the Portable Ice Nucleation Experiment https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/646.003 Summary Temperature-dependent INP (ice nuceating particle) concentration measurements performed with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) Portable Ice Nucleation Experiment (PINE), model PINE-1A, during the S2noCliME campaign. PINE-1A was installed at the Storm Peak Laboratory in Steamboat Springs, Colorado at one of the station's total aerosol inlets to measure the INP concentration in the immersion freezing mode. Measurements were conducted automated and continuously except periods when the Instrument needed maintenance.
