DYCOMS-II Aircraft: C-130 Mandatory and Significant Level Dropsonde Data https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/68.002 Summary The C-130 Mandatory and Significant Level Dropsonde Data is one of several aircraft data sets collected by the National Center For Atmospheric Research/Earth Observing Laboratory (NCAR/EOL) as part of the Dynamics and Chemistry of Marine Stratocumulus Phase II: Entrainment Studies (DYCOMS-II) project. Included in the data set are mandatory and significant level dropsonde data released from the National Science Foundation/National Center for Atmospheric Research C-130 aircraft. The data cover the period from 10 - 26 July Several dropsondes were released on each of the flight days (10, 11, 13, 17, 18, 24, 25, and 26 July). NCAR/EOL has performed no quality control on these data.
