CaPE Daily Operation Logs

Summary
Daily operations logs were produced in the field to summarize CaPE operations
and note events of key interest. These logs incorporated input from various
PI's and the CaPE Operations Director. The logs contained a brief
meteorlogical overview, with a synopsis of all data.
