Summary
This dataset contains data from NCEP's Rapid Update Cycle (RUC) model runs on
31 December 1996 to 3 January 1997. The model runs are every three hours with
forecasts given every three hours and going out 12 hours. The data are
archived in GRIB files on grid number 87.
