Summary
This data set contains hourly resolution surface meteorological data from the
High Plains Climate Network (HPCN). The HPCN includes data from a number of
state agricultural networks in the High Plains region (a total of 136
stations). Times are reported in local standard time, and offsets to UTC are
in section 2.2, with other station information. This data set covers the
period from 1 January 2001 to March 2003. The data are in columnar ASCII
format.
