Rawinsonde NWS (6-sec vertical levels) https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/77.007 Summary This data set contains rawinsonde profiles from 14 National Weather Service (NWS) upper-air sites archived during the International H2O Project 2002 (IHOP 2002). During IHOP 2002,rawinsondes were released twice daily at 00 and 12 UTC augmented by additional releases during intensive observing periods(IOP). The data files consist of vertical profiles of temperature, dew point, relative humidity, u and v wind components, total wind speed, wind direction, and altitude. The vertical resolution is six seconds, i.e, data was recorded every six seconds during the sonde's ascent. This data set has been quality controlled by The Joint Office of Science Support (JOSS).
