LDM Surface METAR Hourly Data https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/82.164 Summary The Surface METAR Data set is one of several surface data sets collected by the National Center for Atmospheric Research/ Earth Observing Laboratory (NCAR/EOL). Included in the data set are the global hourly surface meteorological observations in NCAR/EOL columnar ascii surface QC format. These data are contained in daily files which are compressed in gzip format (.gz). The data were aquired via the UNIDATA Local Data Manager (LDM).
