NOAA P-3 Cloud Videos https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/83.209 Summary This data set consists of mpeg files from video tapes (VHS) from the NOAA WP-3D research aircraft taken during the South American Low-Level Jet Experiment (SALLJEX). Each file is roughly 1 hour in length and filesizes range from 1 GB to 1.7 GB. For each flight, forward-looking, left-looking, right-looking, and downward-looking video files are available. The files are orderable by time range with the option to select individual files within the time range. This is a large dataset. Each order can only contain a maximum of 16 GB of data (~12 hourly files). For very large orders, it may be preferable for you to access these data via a loaner external hard drive. Please email the Point of Contact to request these data.
