These data are available to be used subject to the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research ("UCAR") terms and conditions.
This data set contains hourly profiles of wind speed and direction from the Atmospheric Boundary Layer Experiments (ABLE) Doppler Minisodars operated by the Argonne National Laboratory in the Walnut River Watershed in Butler County Kansas (east of Wichita). During the BAMEX period three sodars were in operation. Data cover the period from 20 May to 7 July 2003. The data are in ASCII format.
