NOAA R/V Ron Brown Radiosonde Data https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/89.117 Summary During the VAMOS Ocean-Cloud Atmosphere-Land Study (VOCALS) campaign, sounding data were collected onboard the NOAA R/V Ronald H. Brown. Leg 1 was conducted between October 6 and November 3, 2008 (from Charleston, SC to Arica, Chile). Leg 2 was conducted from November 9 to December 2, 2008 (from Arica to the IMET Buoy at 85W and back to Arica). A total of 215 high vertical resolution (1 second) soundings are included in this data set. The data are in the NCAR/EOL Sounding Composite format.
