Radar files are named MAXYYMMDDHHMMSS.RAWXXXX.gz, where:

MAX  -> Radar Name
YY   -> year
MM   -> month
DD   -> day
HH   -> Hour (UTC)
MM   -> Minute (UTC)
SS   -> Second (UTC)
RAW  -> IRIS File Extension
XXXX -> IRIS File Extension
.gz  -> Zip File

For Standard UF & Sigmet data formats please refer to ftp://ftp.sigmet.com/outgoing/manuals/
