PWrmsErr[mm]		Precipitable Water Vapor format error)
TZD[mm]			Total zenith delay: Zenith excess path  of a GPS ray from passing through the atmosphere
kfac			Pi factor, conversion between wet delay and PWV
pressure [mbar]
temperature [c]
RH[%]			Relative Humidity
DZD[mm]			Dry zenith delay: The computed excess path of the GPS ray based on surface pressure at GPS ant. Sometimes called hydrostatic delay.
WD			Wind direction azimuth value
WS			Wind speed in m/sec
RI			Rainfall accumulation over the 30 minute interval in tenths of a mm.
HI			Hail/snow field, not measured by the metpacks.


Note: TZD-DZD gives the Wet Delay from the bending of the GPS rays by water vapor
Note: Wet Delay / kfac gives the PWV
