FraWST07: Front Range Weather Study, 2007

Summary

FRaWSt (the Front Range Winter-weather Study) was an informal project using the S-Pol radar located at Marshall field site in Boulder County Colorado headed by Dr. Gywon Lee. Collocated with the radar were particle size disdrometers and a snow gauge network. The goals of the project were to document upslope snow storms and the evolution of the particle size distributions.
