HCR-Test: HIAPER Cloud Radar (HCR) Test

Summary

The HIAPER Cloud Radar (HCR) Test project is a test flight program out of the Research Avaition Facility (RAF) in Broomfield, CO.  The goal of the program is to flight test several instruments (HCR, HARP, AVPAS) for the upcoming Cloud System Evolution in the Trades (CSET) field project in summer of 2015.
