PACE: Precipitaiton Augmentation for Crops Experiment

Summary

The Precipitation Augmentation for Crops Experiment (CROPS) was run jointly by NOAA Flatland Radar Project and Illinois State WAter Survey during the summer of 1989 near Champaign, Illinois.  Specific objectives were to examine the effects of seeding on microphysical processes and the behavior and characteristics of treated and untreated clouds.
