WAVE_264: WAVE test

Summary

This project suffers from a lack of documentation. It is likely a calibration experiment which took place aboard the NCAR Research Aviation Facility (RAF) King Air aircraft (Tail Number N312D) before and after the Convective Waves over Ocean experiment to test, validate, and/pr calibrate instrumentation and techniques used during that project. If you have more information on this project, we would love to hear from you!
