UrbaNet Mesonet Data

Summary

This data set contains surface meteorological data from the NOAA/Air Resources Laboratory and EarthNetworks, Inc UrbaNet in NetCDF format. UrbaNet is a network of weather stations located primarily in urban areas around the United States to help with forecasting in the complex urban environment. These data were quality controlled and provided by NOAA MADIS.

Archive note

Due to unexpected hardware failure some files were lost corresponding to days in the first half of year 2017. Specifically, data files corresponding to the following days were lost (in year 2017): 01/18, 01/25, 01/29, 02/12, 02/18, 02/19, 02/20, 02/21, 03/09, 03/26, 03/27, 04/01, 04/06, 04/17, 05/02, 06/06.
