PSEA-10-01, TN249-10 GenBank accession numbers for Pseudocalanus spp. mtCOI sequences

Project:

Summary

This data set contains the GenBank accession numbers and sequences for each mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I (mtCOI) haplotype of the different Pseudocalanus spp. collected during Bering Sea Ecosystem Study-Bering Sea Integrated Ecosystem Research Program (BEST-BSIERP) cruises PSEA-10-01 and TN249. BEST-BSIERP together are the Bering Sea project. Species identified were P. newmani, P. mimus, P. acuspes and P. minutus. Accession numbers are KF836981-KF837126 and can be viewed on the GenBank Nucleotide Database. These sequences will be available after 01 September 2014 to anyone who accesses GenBank.

Cruise, station number, date, latitude, and longitude of each station are at the top. The species, an internal haplotype identifier, internal sequence ID, and GenBank Accession number are at the head of each column, followed by the number of sequences of each haplotype at each station and the sequence.
