A link to the Center for Collaborative Adaptive Sensing of the Atmosphere (CASA) website. CASA is a multi-sector partnership among academia, industry, and government dedicated to engineering revolutionary weather-sensing networks. They have had test bed radar networks at several locations around the United States including in Oklahoma.
