ROSE-Air II: CLASS Soundings [NCAR]

Summary
This ROSE-AIR II data set is made of two tar files. ASCII "user" tar file contains "x" 10-second data, "i" data interpolated to 5mb, and "m" approximately 1-sec raw data and data flags collected during the sonde ascent. "Data" tar file is in binary format.
