Lake-ICE upper air: Canadian Manadatory/Significant Level Soundings

Summary

This data set consists of mandatory and significant level sounding data in WMO/GTS format for the six Canadian sounding locations within the Lake-ICE area of interest. This includes Maniwaki, Quebec (PQ) (WMO 71722); La Grande IV, PQ (WMO 71823); Moosonee, PQ (WMO 71836); Pickle Lake, ON (WMO 71845); The Pas, MB (WMO 71867); and Shilo, MB (WMO 71853) which were operated by the Canadian Atmospheric Environment Service. Soundings were taken two time per day at 0000 and 1200 UTC. These data have undergone no quality control. The high-resolution soundings from these sites will be available at a later date.
