This data set contains 3-hourly visible imagery over the eastern South Pacific Ocean. The dataset contains data for the period Aug 01, 2001 to September 6, 2013. This data is archived on HPSS at /EOL/1995/pacs/satellite/GOES/sa_w in monthly tar files of GIF images. This dataset is large (about 200 MB per month).
