NWS High Resolution (6 second) soundings
Summary
The GCIP/ESOP-97 6 second NWS soundings data set contains high resolution sounding data extracted from NWS MicroART sounding systems at nine sites over the GCIP LSA-North Central region. The data set contains one sounding level every 6 seconds. These data have been extensively quality controlled, with every sounding subject to automated consistency checks. No visual examination was conducted on these soundings. Refer to the README file for more details.
