NCAR/EOL 915 MHz Wind Profiler NIMA Consensus Winds, Moments, and RASS Data
Summary
This dataset contains 915 MHz wind profiler data collected by the NCAR/EOL Integrated Sounding System (ISS) located at the University of Michigan Biological Station (UMBS) in Pellston, MI during the Program for Research on Oxidants: Photochemistry, Emmissions, and Transport (PROPHET) intensive observing period that occurred in the summer of 2000. This dataset includes doppler moments data (.momnc), 30 minute consensus winds data (.windsnc), and Radio Acoustic Sounding System (RASS) virtual temperatures (.rassnc) in NetCDF format. These data are in daily tar files and have been quality controlled.
