VORTEX-95 10-sec CLASS Soundings

Summary

The VORTEX-95 10-second Class Soundings dataset contains the high resolution sounding data collected by NSSL and NCAR Fixed and Mobile CLASS systems in the VORTEX project domain. The dataset contains one sounding level every 10 seconds. These data have been extensively quality- controlled, with every sounding subjected to both computerized consistency checks and human visual review. This dataset includes pressure, temperature, dew point, relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and altitude.
