CASES-97: Surface Smileyberg AWS Corrected Data (Link to ANL)

Summary

Smileyberg AWS data has been corrected for the period 970429-970508. Wind direction was adjusted by subtracting an offset of 38.6 degrees according to Donna Holdridge at Argonne National Lab. Some data is missing in this period during the first 8 days of May (see readme file).
