Summary
This dataset contains gif images of forecasts from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) North American area collected during the Ice in Clouds Experiment - Tropical (ICE-T) project time period. Forecast files are of two types: Precipitation and Clouds.
