GCIP/EAOP-98 Surface: Special Surface Observations Composite

Summary

This dataset contains only the GCIP/EAOP-98 Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) and National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) DATSAV3 "Special" observation surface data for the GCIP/EAOP-98 domain and time period. These are observations that are reported at off-hour times. The ASOS and DATSAV3 "Nominal" hourly surface data for the GCIP/EAOP-98 domain and time period are included in the GCIP/EAOP-98 Hourly Surface Composite.
