CEPEX: NOAA P-3 Digitized Cloud Video
Summary
This dataset contains cloud video. These mpeg video files are digitized from VHS format video tapes. Originally, a portable camera from inside the cockpit of the NOAA P-3 was used to record on 8mm master tapes which were later converted to VHS. The videos are all forward-looking and were taken during the Central Equatorial Pacific Experiment (CEPEX).
