VORTEX NOAA WP-3D Radar Data

Summary

NOAA operated a WP-3D research aricraft during VORTEX. It carries 2 radars: A non-coherent horizontally scanning lower fuselage radar and a 3 cm wavelength vertically scanning tail Doppler radar. Both radars are three-axis stabilized.
