DC3: ASOS 5-Minute Data

Summary

This data set contains ASOS 5 minute data. The individual station files are contained in a single tar file for each of the two months, May and June. There is a gap in the data in all sites from approximately 5 June to 10 June 2012. This data set includes data from the entire ASOS network including those in the 50 United states and a few international locations at military bases.

Data are in 2 tar files, one for May and one for June. It is strongly advised that one of the compression options, GNU zip or Info_ZIP, be selected when ordering.

This data set was supplied by NOAA/NCDC. NCAR/EOL has conducted no processing or quality control on these data and they are provided as is.
